How Ninox saves time on site maintenance each week
Challenge
Ninox is a user-friendly, low-code platform for business management. Their technology empowers teams to automate their business without the help of IT.
Ninox’s website, on the other hand, required dependence on their own IT team for updates. Publishing new content was challenging due to the way the website was built. Their marketing team needed help from developers, which was slowing them down.
We collaborated to relaunch their website with an easy-to-use system and a in this context also redesigned the home and a few outdated subpages.
The solution
Our mission was to put the power back into Ninox’s marketing team’s hands. We rebuilt their site to be easy to maintain and scale themselves.
Our work involved migrating their complete web presence from their in-house CMS to Webflow. Their website hosted several hundred pages, including over 40 static pages and hundreds of blog posts, customer success stories, and partner profiles.
We duplicated every page to make the content available in English and German. All were moved to Webflow with care and efficiency.
We also added a single-sign-on feature for an improved user experience.
We wrapped this project with training sessions for their marketing team. Ninox’s managers, designers, and content writers learned how to make quick updates to the site themselves, like new pages and content edits.
Result
Now, Ninox’s team can create new pages and edit content themselves, without needing to rely on developers. Updates that used to take weeks are now instant.
A higher engagement time indicates that Ninox’s audience loves the new website, too. This project was a win-win.
